                10 brain damaging habits you never knew of...
                Many,especially students are looking for ways, foods and maybe drugs to increase the efficiency of their brain. But, do you know that there are some attitudes and behaviors that, when you imbibe them, your brain becomes more than effective. I discovered these and felt I should share it with you.

1) No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to a lower supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2)  Overeating
This causes hardening of the brain arteries and a subsequent decrease in mental power.
3) Smoking
 It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to a disease called the Alzheimer disease.
4)  High Sugar Consumption
Too much Sugar in the body may interfere with absorption of proteins and other nutrients leading to malnutrition and can affect brain development.
5)  Air pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen user in the body. Inhaling polluted air decreases and therefore decreases brain efficiency.
6) Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Depriving or refusing our brains sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7)  Covering head while sleeping
This increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decreases the level of oxygen which the body needs and may have brain damaging effects.
8). Working the brain during Illness.
Working hard or studying while one is sick will decrease the effectiveness of the brain and may as well damage the brain.
9). Lack of Stimulating thoughts.
Brain efficiency increases by thinking. Therefore, lack of Stimulating thoughts could lead to brain shrinkage.
10). Good Conversations.
Indulgence in good conversations improves the efficiency of the brain.
